CureFest 2018

CureFest for Childhood Cancer – September 15 & 16, 2018

Since 2011, thousands of people from over 44 states have come together at Curefest on the National Mall in Washington, D.C.  to unite as one voice against childhood cancer.  We seek to create AWARENESS about the lack of funding for childhood cancer research.  Additional funding for childhood cancer RESEARCH will bring pediatric CURES and treatments to kids.  Cures theY deserve.  Help us make childhood cancer research a NATIONAL PRIORITY.
Childhood cancer is the #1 disease related killer of kids in the United States.
Childhood cancer research is vastly and consistently underfunded because decision makers at NIH and Congress believe childhood cancer is RARE!
The incidence of childhood cancer is steadily increasing, 1 in 285 children will be diagnosed with cancer before the age of 19.
Most childhood cancers are treated with downsized adult protocols due to the lack of childhood cancer research funding.
Help us change this picture for kids!  Help us give kids a voice, be part of the growing childhood cancer movement and attend this important event on the National Mall in Washington, DC.
